I usually run 5Ks because im on my highschool XC team... if i could rum more i would... but on my average workout, i usually run about 12 miles.i think that the hardest aspect of running is stairs. stairs blow hills out of the water!!! i think my biggest accomplishment is placing 3rd in the hardest 5K in the U.S. well i think i placed 3rd because that verry same 5K is just down the road to me... and this year im going to take 1st!!! watch ESPN and look for me!!!
