Summer is nearing an end and I'm happy to have run at least one race per month in 2008. Most recently a pedestrian 20:18 on a really fast course at Redmond's Footzone 5K. Not a blazing time at all and way off my PR, but I felt great! Anyway, I'm more excited about the upcoming prep XC campaign as I help coach Redmond HS and this season is looking to be a very successful season! Our first race is Sept. 6th (RHS Alumni XC 5K) at Hartman Park.
