hi lindsay, andrew directed me to you for a little triathlon advice,
i ran my 2nd tri sprint run, bike & swim by the time i got into the pool it was like i had no control especially with my breathing, in practice i'm smooth and confident but the bike took it out of me. i train on my own & none of my friends are involved so i'm looking for a little help..thanks for your time
